Let me tell you these tacos are seriously sooooooooo delicious the carnitas are just so flavorful, cooked to perfection and the salsas are just the BEST! ENJOY AS SOON AS SERVED! UNLESS YOU DONT MIND THEM GETTING SOGGY 🙃 Ingredients: Corn tortillas Refried beans (optional) cabbage radish avocado FOR THE CARNITAS 4 lbs carnitas in a bag ( pork shoulder) 1 lb lard, pork is better!!!! 12 oz mexican coke 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice 6 garlic cloves 1/2 white onion 2 fresh bay leaves 1 Fresh oregano 1 Fresh thyme 1 Fresh rosemary 1 small cinnamon stick 2 bay leaves 1/2 tsp ground cumin Salt I used 5 tsp Black pepper I used 1 tbsp FOR THE TOMATO SALSA 8 roma tomatoes 1/4 onion 3 garlic cloves 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 ground cumin 1 tsp oregano Salt I used 1 tsp 3/4 cup water FOR THE SALSA DE ÁRBOL 20 chile árbol 1/4 onion 3 garlic cloves 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp oregano Salt I used 1 tsp 2 tbsp white distilled vinagre 3/4 cup water 1 serving of love 💕 Want to see more of me and my family?
